Healthy = happy

Emma/ex-anorexic. I used to be thin, but I starved myself to get there. I'm now at my highest weight ever, and I'm aiming to become my lowest ever - the healthy way.

After figuring out my BMR I aim to eat 1500 calories a day, to achieve a 500 calorie deficit and lose one pound per week.
